How We Work: For Landlords
- A representative from Faith Property management will look at your property to ensure it is in a vital rental state
- Property owner can clean up or we can do all the cleaning and preparation for viewing
- Once the home/unit are prep and ready for viewing, we will take pictures and short videos to post for marketing
- We use a third-party company to screen check all our placement renters before moving date
- Faith Property Management will send potential tenants an application form and will request credit report, 3-recent paystub, bank statement (if there’s no paystubs), work reference and personal reference
- The landlord and one of our team members would meet via in-person or zoom and go over all applications and choose the best 3 applicant for viewing
- Up on approval of tenancy – The tenant would make out the 1st and last months rent to “Faith Property Management Inc” we would take 1 month rent payment for the finding and administrative fee and the remaining will be deposit into the landlord’s account. Tenant will also be required to provide 10 additional cheques made out to the landlord/property investor name or business
- If property will be fully managed by Faith Property Management an 6% fee including Guarantee rent will be deducted from the rent, again; for service management/administration cost and all cheques will then need to be made out to “Faith Property Management” and the remaining monies will we deposited into the landlord preferred account or electronic transfer. For multiplex building we will send the investor’s trust an invoice each month or whichever company the investor uses for their accounting.

Please note: Minimum first month’s rent is required as security deposit to hold a property for all interested renters. This deposit needs to be submitted with all required documents, such as the fill rental application, credit report if you have, job letters, copy of photo identification, and three recent paystubs of all parties that will be on the lease agreement.

A: We can cover the month and retrieved the outstanding rent from the tenant or our guarantee rent program covers up to $60,000 in rent up to 12 month’s lease term
Q: Will Faith Property management available for emergency calls?
A: Yes, we are available on call from 6am -12am to arrange service maintenance
